Saab Ellis Brigham Goodies Free Prize Draw

Saab Ellis Brigham Team Edition Roller Bag - Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Participants must be resident in the UK aged 18 or over (21 in the Channel Islands). To enter the prize draw promotion, participants must fully complete their details on the online entry form at www.saabinmotion.co.uk/ebg. The prize draw is free and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person.
2. Entries must not be submitted through agents or third parties, and any such entries will be invalid.
3. The Closing Date for the prize draw will be 31st December 2008.
4. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any entries that are delayed, illegible or lost in transmission. All entries are the property of the promoter and will not be returned.
5. There is one prize to be won. The prize consists of an Ellis Brigham Team Edition Roller Bag.
6. The Winner will be the first entry randomly selected by an independent adjudicator from all the entry forms received by the Closing Date in respect to this promotion and other entries in respect to other promotions relating to the same prize, the prize draw will take place on the 2nd November 2008. The adjudicator's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Winner will be notified in writing/telephone within 7 days of the draw.
7. No cash or other alternatives to the prize are available, and the prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, and the prize must be claimed by the person named on the official winning entry form within 14 days of notification. Failure to claim the prize within this period, shall lead to the prize being forfeited and entitle the Promoter to redraw another winner without liability.
8. The name and county of the Winner can be obtained from The Saab Marketing Comms Manager, General Motors UK Limited, Griffin House UK1 103 303, Osborne Road, Luton, LU1 3YT to those persons sending a stamped addressed envelope addressed “NFL game 2009” between 2 November 2008 to 16th November 2008.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to photograph and use the name of the Winner for the purpose of publicity without charge, and the Winner hereby consents to the same.
10. Events may occur that render the event itself or awarding the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and the entrant agrees that no liability shall be attached to the Promoter as a result thereof. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value should this prove necessary.
11. By entering the promotion, all entrants confirm they have read accepted and agreed to be bound to the Terms and Conditions of which the application instructions, form part.

Saab Arctic Adventure Free Prize Draw

WIN AN ELLIS BRIGHAM AND SAAB ARCTIC ADVENTURE FREE PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Participants must be resident in the UK aged 18 years or over (21 in the Channel Islands). To enter the draw, participants must complete the entry form attached and post to 'Ellis Brigham and Saab Arctic Adventure 2009' Saab Great Britain Limited, FREEPOST RRBJ-SAHH-BUXY, 78 Great Eastern Street, London, EC2A 3JL or via the website www.saabinmotion.co.uk. Entry to the draw is free and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person. All entries must be on an offi cial questionnaire and photocopies thereof will not be accepted.
2. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any entries that are delayed, mutilated and illegible or lost in the post or for online entries which are lost in transmission. All entries received by the Promoter become the property of the Promoter, and will not be returned.
3. There is one Ellis Brigham and Saab Arctic Adventure Trip Prize (“the Prize”) to be won. The Prize is for the Winner and a guest adult travel companion (i.e. 2 Adults) which commences on Thursday 26th February 2009 with a return on Sunday 1st March 2009 and includes return fl ights from London Heathrow to Sweden, e.g. transfers to and from the airport in Stockholm and return internal fl ights from Stockholm to Kiruna, Sweden. The prize does not include transport to and from London Heathrow, or car parking, this is the responsibility of the Winner. The Prize will include the option to participate in a number of activities/excursions, including Husky sledging, Ice Driving and an overnight stay in the World Famous Ice Hotel. Full details will be provided at time of notifi cation to the Winner. No cash or other alternatives to the Prize are available, and the Prize is not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to make any necessary alterations to either the itinerary or the dates of travel or modify the prize in the event that the said prize cannot be fulfi lled due to any event beyond the control of the Promoter.
4. These dates and airports are fi xed and cannot be changed. Please note that normal operator conditions apply and fl ights are subject to availability. The Promoter will not be responsible for any delays or cancellations.
5. The Winner will be the fi rst entry randomly selected by an independent adjudicator from all completed offi cial entry forms received by 10th December 2008 (“the Closing Date”). The Prize Draw will take place on 15th December 2008 by an adjudicator, whose decision is fi nal. No correspondence will be entered into by the Promoter. The Winner will be notifi ed by telephone (if telephone number supplied) and in writing (if address details supplied) by 22nd December 2008. 6. This Prize may only be claimed by the person named on the winning offi cial entry form, and must be claimed within 14 days of notifi cation. Failure to claim the Prize within this period shall lead to the Prize being forfeited and entitle the Promoter to redraw another Winner without liability to the named person.
7. The Winner and the winner's adult guest must provide their own Winter travel insurance and personal insurance, and must be able to travel on the dates specifi ed in condition 3 above.
8. A Saab vehicle will be provided for use for Ice Driving on a frozen lake. The named driver (whether the Winner and/or the guest adult travel companion) must have no convictions or no more than 6 points on his/her licence and must supply a copy of his/her driving licence in advance with identity in support in the form of a passport, if required. The Winner and any guest adult travel companion will be required to sign a release/indemnity/disclaimer (confi rming their state of health and releasing the Promoter from any responsibility for health problems arising from his/her participation in such organised activities and excursions, as some risk is involved due to high performance characteristics of the standard and the nature of any training being given and in respect to the use of a Saab vehicle referred to, save for the negligence of the Promoter).
9. It is the Winner's responsibility to ensure that he/she or any guest adult driving on behalf of the Winner complies with all laws and follow any driving restrictions in Sweden. The Promoter will not be responsible for any fi nes or penalties incurred and will comply with any police or other authorities request to notify them of the name and address of the driver in accordance with applicable law.
